    The alcohol-related facts are interesting. I didn’t realize that alcohol takes priority when being processed. It makes a lot of sense. Thanks for pointing out that alcohol messes up the way our bodies construct protein. That’s an important point.

    Thanks for catching up with the shows! Alcohol has a lot of calories in it. The secret is always moderation. And when it comes to Alcohol, many people drink too much. Good thing I’m a light weight :)

    There’s that alcohol priority thing too. It’s probably a good idea not to eat and drink at the same time, since your body automatically converts your food directly fat because its to busy having a party to deal with the food.

    So yeah, what Nicole said. :-D
